Not final contract terms

This page records the proposed sales boundary for validation. Final terms require legal review and must be incorporated into a written quotation and order before any deposit is accepted.

Built to order

The proposed route uses a time-limited exact bill of materials and a 60% deposit before procurement, with the balance due according to the written order. No substitution should occur without recorded customer approval.

Delivery and site

The initial baseline is source configuration and testing, followed by customer collection or insured pallet delivery and remote onboarding. The customer is responsible for a suitable rack, power, cooling, network, access and safe handling unless separately quoted.

Acceptance and support

The order should define burn-in, health checks, model/runtime smoke tests, exceptions and an acceptance period. The proposed baseline includes 30 days of configuration-defect support; hardware warranties and optional ongoing support must be stated separately.

Returns and cancellation

Bespoke business equipment, ordered components and software work require specific cancellation, title, risk, returns and warranty wording. Do not infer consumer-style cancellation rights from this page.
